Grace Communities was formed by Donald Zeleznak, Jonathon Vento, and Ryan Zeleznak (see individual Bio links below) in January of 2004. These individuals bring a combined experience of more than 45 years in the real estate development and construction industry. Grace Communities' vision for their developments is to bring an upscale, urban lifestyle to metropolitan Phoenix. "It is not about purchasing a place to live it is about purchasing a lifestyle".
